My Story

Trigrfx was founded by Cape Verdean artist Eden N. B. Soares - but the story started long before the website.
I was always a doodler. As a kid, I filled pages with make-believe cars, random objects, and patterns - anything my imagination could pull up. Then my cousin showed me a B-boy character he drew, and it completely changed what I thought art could look like. Right after that, I got introduced to graffiti letters - and that was it. A whole new world opened up for me. By age 11, I was practicing graffiti lettering and characters nonstop, building the style and identity that would eventually become my signature.

By 1996, that passion turned into my first official streetwear move: I premiered my first graffiti-inspired t-shirt brand, New B. T’s - short for New Bedford T-Shirts. I only had a few designs, but the response was real. I got strong feedback, made some sales, and for the first time I saw my art living on clothing—moving through the streets, worn by people who connected with it.
Years later, that love came back even stronger.
In 2015, when print-on-demand began opening new doors for independent creators, I resurrected my vision and launched Trigrfx.com. The mission was simple: create street-style apparel that I actually wanted to wear - top-quality gear with designs that feel exclusive, meaningful, and creative, without the frustrating hunt, limited options, or inflated price tags that come with so much of what’s out there.
Trigrfx exists because I got tired of wasting time searching for something decent - only to find designs that lacked soul, or apparel that was too expensive or unavailable when it mattered. I wanted better, so I built it.
To bring the artwork to life the right way, we use Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing - allowing for vibrant, sharp, detailed visuals with a soft, smooth feel, without the limitations of traditional screen printing.
By combining high-quality comfort, bold original design, and cost-effective access, Trigrfx delivers what streetwear should’ve been all along: a true win-win-win - for the culture, for the craft, and for the people wearing it.
